…the beginning…

I think I have taken so long to start this blog because the weekly exercise of sitting down to write  column is a muscle that has now been worked sufficiently.  It started with light 3 lb weights of culling recipes to share with readers and now I am doing squat-thrusts with the 45 lb bar talking to chefs, reviewing restaurants and developing my own recipes.

It might have taken me a minute, but to all of the people that believe in me and my talents and kindly suggested, “you should be writing a blog,” here you go.  Thank you for your support and love.
