I braised some chicken legs this week with sherry vinegar, Harissa and rosemary. Thank goodness I had one left for literally a rainy day lunch today. I whipped up some polenta using vegetable stock, a little rosemary and pecorino Romano cheese. A pool of the polenta topped with the chicken, its vegetables and sauce plus a glass of red zin and, rain be damned, it’s a great afternoon.
